I specialize in residential and land buying and selling. Most recently I have received the prestigous designation CDPE, Certified Distressed Property Expert. In our present economy, the knowledge and skill gained from certification has been very helpful to my clients. A foreclosure is not an option today. Personal
I was born and raised in San Francisco, California. After completing my education at San Francisco State University I worked for Johnson and Johnson for 15 years in the mid-western and the 13 Southeastern states, being headquarterd most recently in Atlanta,GA. In 1988 we returned to our roots in the Bay Area and eventually moving to Lake Tahoe and in 1994 purchased a home in Minden.
I've been married for 45 years (Marsha)and have 3 children and 3 grand kids. We have lived in Carson Valley going on 19 years after living at Lake Tahoe for 5.
My real estate career has been successful for 15 years. I have three Realtor designations: GRI (Graduate of Real Estate Institute), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert)
I like to fish and putter at the family cabin near Echo Lake on Hwy 50. My schnauzers, Erle and Blanche, are my 'best friends'. besides my wife Marsha!
